Bargain of the week: Isabel Marant for H&M

So I'm a little behind the times on this one but luckily this new designer/high street collaboration has yet to hit the stores.

Last week, the Isabel Marant for H&M lookbook was leaked giving us a cheeky glimpse at what we can expect to see as of 14 November.

Everything's perfectly Parisian, perfectly bohemian, perfectly Marant and perfectly priced. See the whole collection here.

Shopping tip

I blogged *ages* ago about my experience shopping the Versace for H&M collection. If you're desperate to pick up some of Isabel's style, head away from the big city, avoid the internet and stop off at a smaller store like the one in Cardiff. You're guaranteed a look in and won't have to wait for hours freezing cold in a queue!

Bargain of the week: Converse for under £10 at New Look

White lace up trainers, £9.99, New Look; Converse All Stars, £44.99, Office
As you read this, I'm *hopefully* wandering around the beautiful city of Rome. This week I'm off on a late summer holiday so, guys and girls, I'm dedicating this litte post to one of my main travel essentials.

Converse are the comfiest shoes ever - I'm so into them right now. I treated myself to a new pair of black All Stars for my little trip away but they were pretty pricey for trainers. I just wish I'd seen these pumps from New Look first - for only £9.99 you can't really leave them there.

I'm taking a break from posts this week but will be back on Monday 30 September!

High-waist are a girl's best friend

Shop the New Look range of high waist jeans - you *won't* be disappointed!
This is a post I've been meaning to write for a while. We all know how hard it is to find a decent pair of jeans. When I'm searching for new denim, you wouldn't believe the amount I try on. It's kind of obscene, but I know I'm not alone - jeans are impossible.

However, I am about to (hopefully) change your life. The new collection of high waisted jeans from New Look is ah-maz-ing. These jeans are super comfy and hide a multitude of sins. And these babies are a bargain too: every pair is under £23.

I've been wearing New Look jeans for years and can fully attest to how good they are. Buy now or regret it later!

Midweek treat: Uniqlo cashmere jumpers

Cashmere blend fine gauge sweater, £14.90, Uniqlo
Yay! It's finally time to stock up on some cosy new jumpers. A few of mine succumbed to *gulp* moth attack this summer so I've been on the hunt for some lighter knits to wear in this rainy weather.

These cashmere blends are so lovely - and a steal at £14.90. I'm wearing mine over skater dresses and A line skirts, to bridge the gap between my summer and winter style.

What do you think? Will you be investing in some Uniqlo cashmere?

This week, I'm having a complete back to school autumn moment: I have this strange urge to watch Gilmore Girl reruns and visit New England. And, to be completely honest, eat a massive plate of french toast. So my bookmarks have turned into a preppy puppy printed heaven, and I'm on the hunt for the perfect pair of lace up ankle boots.

1.Quilted dog sweat, £35, Topshop
2. Dune Pretenders lace up leather brogue ankle boots, £89, John Lewis
3. Mini kilt, £30, ASOS
*There's a very good chance some type of tea will turn up here soon!

Bargain of the week: Zoe Karssen slogan jumper at Primark

Zoe Karssen Crème de la Crème-print sweater, £95, Matches
Creme de la Creme jumper, £8, Primark
Maybe it's because it reminds me of that scene in The Aristocats, or maybe it's just because I'm a little obsessed with anything that can be remotely classed as French style, either way I need this slogan in my wardrobe.

Sweaters are perfect for this semi-chilly weather we're experiencing, *and* can be dressed up or down at the drop of a hat. Or statement necklace. The Zoe Karssen jumper on the left is a hefty £95. But for just £8, you can be the crème of the crop with this £8 Primark version.

5 of the best: bouncing bunnies!

It started with a scarf.

From there, it was a quilted bag.

Before I knew it, I was looking every hour, of every day, searching for...the cutest little bunny prints!

Is it just me or are rabbits the animal of the, at the moment? They seem to be on everything from tees to, um, tattoos (...forgive me, it's late, my brain is slowly winding down). Anywho, hopefully one of these five will take your fancy for a little midweek bunny treat!

1. Bunny print shorts, £32, Topshop; 2. Bunny print scarf, £10, Oasis
3. F&F striped bunny jumper, £16, Tesco; 4. Silver bunny ring, £19, Oliver Bonas
5. Quilt across body bag, £18, ASOS

September wishlist: Clueless school couture

I have made what can only be called a horrific discovery: three people I know under the age of 23 (also, bizarrely, all with the same name) have recently told me that they haven't seen the gem of 90s cinema that is Clueless.

My first reaction was "Ugh, as if you haven't seen it!" (talk about a lost reference there...)

Not only does the film define a generation of fashion but Cher herself has like, totally the best outfits ever of any high school movie. Just see for yourself:

If you haven't watched this film, get yourself the DVD asap for a masterclass in what you should be wearing this Autumn. Don't be an ensembly challenged Monet, watch, make notes, then get yourself to the shops pronto.

1. Perfect shirt, £35, Next; 2. Lilac check a-line short skirt, £36, Topshop
3. Check longline blazer coat, £85, Asos; 4. Two pack knee high socks, £3, Matalan
5. M&S Collection beret, £5, Marks and Spencer

Bargain of the week: Henri Bendel bracelet at Next

Deco Style bracelet, $98, Henri Bendel
Crystal snake strap bracelet, £12, Next
With nearly 120 years of business behind it, New York's Henri Bendel certainly knows what makes a good accessory. Unfortunately Bendel's jewels are a little out of this bracelet buyer's price range. Lucky for us, however, Next have come up with this stylish lookalike.

I'm not usually a crystal jewellery kind of girl but these buckle bracelets are too cute to pass up. I'll be teaming mine with a soft grey jumper for smart sparkly style.
